Can this be used on plastic and glass surfaces of the car as well?

I would not use it on glass, use Rain-X instead. As far as plastic is concerned, I don't think it would hurt or discolor the plastic but that's not what it is designed for. It is made for waxing a car's painted surface. They make other products formulated for vinyl, plastic, rubber, leather etc. . I bought the Mother's Protectant for that purpose.

Would this be good layer on on top of the new ceramic spray?

You do not want to apply wax on top of a ceramic.

Does this remove scratches from vehicle ?
