A: It didn't affect me that much so I could have worked while using it, even though it's not encouraged.  I don't recommend this product regardless.

A: More like a calcium …on a ruler about 3/4 inch

A: Just as usual, nothing changed for me.

A: no, The product does not work for most people. A waste of money. Try prune lax. it works every time and no cramping or side effects. can get it at Walmart.
