Faitox-25 Anti-aging wrinkle Skin Care (1oz)

I bought this to help thicken the skin around my eyes to help stop my Blepharospasm. I am not yet sure that it is helping, but I still use it once a day. As far a getting rid of wrinkles, it is a bust. This is written by Liz Bathgate, not Bob Bathgate.

I have been using this product for two weeks. My daughter, who is aesthetician, said she saw a huge difference in the crepiness around my eyes. Yahoo!

I had ordered the Faitox-25 serum and liked it so I ordered another vial. The second vial did not have the same consistency or performance as the first. I called JabaLabs and told the operator the problem, was told to send the vial back with a letter explaining the problem and they would send me a new one and a free smaller vial for my inconvenience. After three weeks passed without any product or communication I called again and was assured that the order would go right out. Ten days passed without product or communication so I sent their "customer support" an email demanding a credit to credit card immediately. That was four days ago and I have not heard from them or received a credit to my account. Do not order from this company!!!

I ordered this product and Reviv MD (suppose to be close to Prevage,not close!) saw no results. Comes with a 90 day return, and when I looked closer said only one one item, then charged $9 for each. Of course I ordered 5 since they were having a special. I tried calling and emailing- never could get anyone to tell me if they charge a restocking fee. Sent everything back one month late and haven't gotten one cent or products back. Horrible customer service. Don't order anything from them!
