We returned it. Didn’t work for our dog
I don’t know if our dog is too small for this, or what, but it did NOT work for her. The sound it makes when cutting the nail is so loud, she would jump, and we ended up cutting her quick. It was so traumatizing, we immediately sent it back. We will keep using regular clippers. Maybe this works for bigger dogs? I cant recommend it though

Can't figure it out
The quick finder keeps telling me my dog has a quick in the full length of her nail. Can't work this thing or it's broke. It came with minimal insulations.

Works well
A little confusing at first how to use but so far so good. Not as sturdy as I would like but it’ll do.

I can finally clip my Boxers nails
I have a 3 year old female Sealed Brindle (Black) that turns into an octopus when we try to clip her nails and the vets in our small town charge too much. These give us the peace of mind we won't harm her accidentally with the green, yellow and red lights and she actually calms down and allows us to clip them now. I think she feels our confidence knowing by the lights we can safely clip her nails instead of the apprehension she must have felt before.

Not worth the time
This device simply does not work as stated. I can clearly see the quick on one of my dogs and used these clippers on her nail first. The meter indicated quick where there was none and then failed to indicate where there was quick. The item was also a previous return and came in a ziplock bag… I did not clip any nails as I felt this device was not reliable both in a sensor state and from an already been used state.

Guessing would be more accurate! The lights are more for decoration! Cuts too loud scares dogs! Horrible Product!
This product does not work. It states it has a light that will turn change color to indicate the safety to clip in that area. Well, you guessing would be better. First of all the sensor is below there you cut so the sensor will not accurately tell you where you can cut. By the time the item would be green you would be clipping air... mind you, that if the lights worked accurately. I put the clipper all the way at the base of my dogs nail to start the light was green (this would give them no nail and definitely make them bleed), moving the sensor slowly up to the tip of the nail the clippers just changed to random colors. I would not trust this item with my dog. Additionally, the clipper is so loud that when I finally found a safe spot to clip (that I determined) it scared the dog. The loud sound makes this sound like a negative. So dogs originally not afraid of getting their nails cut now will be. Also the seller only allows 30 days to return the item. Amazon is normally good with returns so I did not think I needed to rush, so I missed the cut off by 6 days. So that was $27 completely wasted! I am very upset. These clippers are completely unusable!!!

Great product
I liked how easy it was to use. I felt safer cutting their toe nails.

doesn't work as it claims to
It says the item detects blood flow, I tried it on my dogs claws but the light turned red before the claw was in contact with the item. I then proceeded to try it on inanimate objects and the light also turned red. So ether the sensor on this clipper is faulty or this product just doesn't work as it claims to.

Not recommended
Doesn't work.It shows green light that it's okay to clip, then when you start to squeeze the light goes red.
