This is the best Turmeric what I found on the market and I stopped looking for others. I am using Turmeric a few years now, most brands were ok but did not make a big difference in my pain intensity. I did not have very high expectations when I started to take HeathiNaturals Turmeric but I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm in love with this product. What an immediate, dramatic response I experienced in the swelling of my hands from arthritis. I'm finding these pills pretty effective for pain relief. I had been in quite a large amount of pain and it decreased when I started them. I stopped taking them because they made me sweltering hot (see below) and then started them again and the pain increased then decreased. Seems it's due to these pills specifically.They made me sweat sweat sweat for several days but that aside it's been fine. I thought I was going to spontaneously combust the first week though.
