**Q: Can I use this to hold a Ulock?**
A: if the lock is not too heavy. The rubber bands are sturdy but may not be good for heavy objects.  My flashlight is very light and it holds it well on my motorcycle.  A lot of vibration but it has never fallen off.

**Q: Can the swivel be locked at any angle or does it only lock at 90 degree positions? I'd like to mount this on my fork because my bars are full.**
A: Haven't tried but I think you can loosen the little nut in the middle to change the orientation and then tighten it again but it's not a constant swivel no

A: Nope.

A: Don't know, that might be a bit large. But I really like mine, every flexible. You should order it and if it doesn't work return it.
