Q: Does it blink while you're wearing it? I'd rather not look like a cyborg

Not al all, not noticeable at all. Small square bad in between shoulders can’t really see under shirt. Just vibrates like a phone would if your posture is slouching

Q: how long does the adhesive last?

Like all good answers, it depends. Depends on how dirty the skin is, what type of skin, hair, weather of where you live, if you store it in the case or not, if you clean the adhesive with the alcohol pad once it's dirty... For me it lasts 2 weeks, but I take care of it.

Q: Can this send notifications through your Apple Watch when you slouch?
