Buy it--She'll love it.
Our college stadium just instituted a bag policy. I found this and liked that it was policy compliant for our stadium as well as Pro and other sporting venues...I got it for my wife-she loves it. She says its the perfect size for the necessities, and loves the fact that it can be clipped on. Very clever design and well made.
