Rift 60 day game time card - PC

I thought the game was a bit of a quest mill, but its a fresh look at one. If you like wow and like sprawling environments this game will make for a nice jaunt.

I never bought this!!!!! I was a victim of a crime and someone used my amazon profile to purchase this.

I just purchasedn this time card but where do I get the instant code to activate my account now? Or do I need to wait for it in the mail?

This review is for the 60 day Rift Time Card. What I was looking for, was game time I could buy online and recieve a time code via e-mail or electronically. That is not the case with Amazon's Time Card. You have to wait for it to arrive in the mail before you can get the code off the back. If you're looking for a way to buy game time and get an instant code to put in your game I have 2 suggestions.1.) Gamestop.comTheir prices are the same and they have the 30 day option as well. If you buy from them, you'll get your time code pretty quickly. They have an application, like Steam that shows all the games you've bought from them. If you buy a game time card from Gamestop.com, you'll see your game on their app, you just hover over it and there's your product code.2.) I didn't realize it at the time I bought this time card but you can actually purchase 30 or 60 days worth of game time straight from within the game. They had a free weekend this weekend, which is what I was playing, and after purchasing this card, I realized in game there was a store icon. I clicked it just to see what they had to offer and sure enough there was 30 and 60 days worth of time right there staring at me for the same price. I could have just bought it from within the game and it be automatically applied. This is also good if you're getting ready to run out of your current time, you can just keep buying from within the game if you don't feel comfortable putting your credit card in for a montly fee.So if you want the physical card, this is the way to go if you don't feel like leaving the house to get one. However, if you're wanting an instant code to apply to your game don't get this and read 1 & 2 above.

Update: Looks like the price has been jacked up to 28.99, so this isn't much of a deal but a good choice if you don't want a subscriptionCurrently the price is ~22 dollars, which is 11 dollars per month, compared to the normal $14.99 charge it is a great deal. The only deal that "beats" this is the 6 month plan, which is $10.99 a month in which you save a few cents but have to buy all 6 months in bulk.Some may be on the "Founders plan" which is $9.99 a month, but for most this will be the best deal for them if they don't want to buy a huge amount of game time at once.

I highly recommend watching the price on the cards. They sometimes drop to right around $20 which is cheaper than the $11 monthly price for 6 months through Trion. Decent deal. I think they could have saved a lot of plastic and such. The case is like a hard plastic game case, which is about 5x bigger than it needs to be. It did keep the card safe, I guess...but I think it was a little overdone. However, this was a good purchase.

I have been playing Rift for several months and it never ceases to amaze me how much detail has gone into this game. Around every corner is something new and fantastic.
