Some pins were bent
ok, I have mixed feeling about this purchase. Bass brushes are excellent quality and I have had several over the years (I have long hair dogs).However, this one came damaged. several of the pins were bent. I tried to get it resolved but never heard. The first one I ever owned lasted 8 years. I was hoping this one would be the same.

this brush has made a hit with my Shih tzu
wonderful brush for my long hair Shih Tzu...he loves it and makes grooming him so much easier and he looks great..he did not like to be brushed with the previous brush I had ...very good quality brush... great price for such good quality

Good quality pin brush.
Good quality pin brush. Pins do not get forced back into the rubber base because of the balls at the base of the pins. No balls on the tips of the pins to catch on dog's long coat.
