⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome Pre-Workout that Delivers Every Time!
I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre Workout Powder for a few months now, and it has quickly become an essential part of my routine. This pre-workout does exactly what I need it to do—gives me clean, lasting energy and focus without the jitters or crash.First of all, the flavor options are amazing. I went with the “Green Apple” flavor, and it’s surprisingly smooth and refreshing—not overly sweet like some other pre-workouts I’ve tried. It mixes easily with water, no clumps or chalky texture, which is a big plus. What really sets this pre-workout apart is the quality of the boost it provides. Within about 15 minutes, I start feeling the energy kick in, and it’s steady and consistent. I feel more focused and motivated, but it’s a smooth lift, not an overwhelming rush. I love that it’s not too heavy on caffeine either, so I don’t feel wired for hours after my workout is done. This pre-workout has also noticeably helped with my endurance and performance. I can push through more intense sessions and feel like I’m getting stronger each week. I also appreciate that it includes ingredients like beta-alanine and citrulline malate, which help me with endurance and recovery.

Does its job as a pre workout shake (& tastes great too)
So I've tried a few flavours of gold standards pre workout and this is certainly in my top, parallel to having the blueberry flavour. Tastes like apple, not too sweet and doesn't leave an aftertaste. As for the energy, its certainly made a difference with my performance in the gym. I find that I can run for longer without feeling fatigued and helps to burn more calories so I can achieve my results faster. Exactly as intended.Certainly value for money if you grab this amongst others on sale, a no brainer for me.

Good choice. No regrets at all
It tastes like the KA drink fruit punch flavour.Obviously being a supplement it has a slight touch of sweetness but nothing to worry about. Recommend this flavour for sure.

Tastes amazing
Genuinely the best tasting pre-workout I've ever had, and by a MILE. Smells great and wasn't too expensive. I'm not a regular caffeine drinker and this doesn't really have that "kick" that other pre-workouts have, and I think that's a good thing. You can definitely feel the energy when you're working out so I have 0 complaints. Also, the fact that is has 3.4g of creatine in it is amazing. Once you've either loaded or been on creatine for a month, 3.4g will sustain the benefits. You don't need to be taking more unless you're significantly bigger than the average person.

Tastes good, but suffers from under-dosing ingredients.
Flavour I bought tastes pretty good, and has enough caffeine for most. Problem is that some of the ingredients are at dosages that are sub-efficacious for the effects you might want to achieve and at some dosages they're offering here, they may aswell be taken out of the formula all together. It is nice that it does contain about half your serving of creatine per day so if you're taking this daily, you probably only need to add a bit more in a shake later on and be fine.Citrulline is pretty laughably dosed at 750mg. Citrulline is thought to increase NO production leading to better pumps in the gym. However the minimum effective dose is around 3-4g, with many PWOs offering up to 5-6g or more. At this dosage I don't even think there is any point in including it in the formula.Beta Alanine is dosed at 1.5g, which is fine if you just want that itchy feeling, although for most people it will not provide many benefits. Although again, we usually see higher doses of this in other PWOs.Only thing this has going for it is the flavour and caffeine really. Good introduction to PWO and at 20 quid for 30 servings is not too bad considering you're usually paying upwards of £30 for most effective PWOs. This will do fine if you're just getting into the gym and want a little kick but later on I would recommend looking into some more effective options; generally, you're not going to find these on amazon but on dedicated online supplement stores.

Increased my lifts dramatically.
Personally I was never a fan of pre workout because I never thought I needed it. Take what I say which a pinch of salt, this is my anecdotal experience. After taking a 2 year long break from working out due to injury, I decided to take some of this pre workout. I previously peaked at 200kg deadlift without the aid of pre workout supplements and boy did they work.I figured that it would help me lift a bit more and enable myself to push harder in the gym without burning myself out too quickly.Little did I know, that half way throughout my workout I would be pulling 10 plates on the row machine when I was only used to 6 and deadlifting 160kg within the 4th week of my gym routine. I honestly felt like I was never fatiguing. If you’re in need of a kick and require the energy to get through your workout, this will help you achieve that goal. It contains various amino acids which contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle and prevents the body muscle break down. The creatine in this will help provide your muscles with ATP, the energy required to lift more in the gym and you will start to fatigue less quickly. The caffeine is 175mg and has an effect on the central nervous system, providing you with the energy you need to lift. The supplement is “gold standard” so you know you’re getting the ingredients listed on the tub.I advise that you do not use pre workout too often for every workout as its easy to build a tolerance to caffeine, meaning you won’t get the same effect every time you workout. The pre workout also tastes pretty good, quite sweet and chemically but it doesn’t taste too bad, you get used to it.I highly recommend this.
