I bought this in a group of 3 shredded memory foam pillows: Improved Design - Adjustable Shredded Memory Foam Pillow with Viscose Rayon Cover derived from Bamboo - Removable Case - Coop Home Goods - Made in USA -Queen Snuggle-Pedic Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow with Kool-Flow Micro-Vented Covering - Queen Size Home Comfort Premium Bamboo Pillow With Shredded Memory Foam and Cool Removable Cover, Queen Snuggle-Pedic: Fluffed up in the dryer in about 2 minutes on low, and took maybe 3 hours in the dryer to fully clear the smell out. A bit firmer than the Improved Design pillow, it tends to hold its shape. The cover is not removable, nor can you add/remove stuffing - however a zippered cover of the same material is sold separately, and the company does offer to customize the pillow if it doesn't suit you (I'm not sure if that's at extra charge). It's still quite soft but unlike the Improved Design, the stuffing doesn't rearrange itself when I mash my face into it. I would prefer if it did, but I think this offers a more traditional pillow feeling. I can't really comment on the Kool-Flow thing, as I don't find any pillows particularly hot. I will comment that it took some time to flatten it to a reasonable loft after the initial fluffing - like the Improved Design pillow, it came out of the dryer absolutely bursting, but due to the more solid nature was harder to shape to my preference. Overall this seems like a quality pillow, and I sleep well on it.Improved Design: Fluffed up in the dryer in about 2 minutes on low, but took 6-8 hours in the dryer over a couple days to fully clear the smell out. Made in the USA, supposedly 100% non-toxic. Soft removable cover, and the interior pillow insert has a zipper you can open to add/remove stuffing (extra stuffing can be bought separately). It's the "fluffiest" of the three, and seems to conform the most easily to my head/neck - not sure if the stuffing moves around more freely or is just more compressible. When taken out of the dryer it was bulging like crazy, so I was worried it would be too high - but I found that I was able to easily shape it to comfort by simply mashing my face into it and creating an indent. Overall this is a quality pillow and I sleep well on it.Home Comfort Premium: I believe this is made in China, with no guarantee on toxicity. Instructions said to let it sit for 1-2 days first and then put it in the dryer if needed, which I did. This pillow has the firmest feel of the three - and by that I mean, it feels kind of like it's filled with folded linens. Coming out of the dryer it's fluffed up, but quickly flattens down to its original folded-linen state. Accordingly, mashing my face into it causes my face to flatten instead of the pillow hollowing out. I know my parents would love it - I don't. I do like the shape - it's a sensible rectangle of reasonable proportions, with the case stitched in such a way that the thickness is pretty even all the way to the edge. However, this pillow is not what I think of when I hear "shredded memory foam pillow".

Very pleased with the pillow and packaging. ( Packaging feedback also left ). I was a little apprehensive ordering a pillow online but in the end there was no need to be. I bought this Bamboo pillow filled with cooling memory foam after not being able to find one locally at a price I liked.. After letting this set unrolled for about 2 days then massaging the memory foam filler to get the clumps out and working to get everything evened out I slept on it I ordered a firm pillow and it is firm. Just like it was suppose to the memory foam cradles my head and retains that shape when I roll or move the filling moves with me and again forms to cradle my head and give my head and neck the support I was looking for.. This is the first Bamboo cover I've ever had and I'm impressed with how soft and comfortable it is, it's also cooler it forms and fits whatever shape I put the pillow in better than I can imagine a normal cover would do. Overall I"m very impresses and pleased with this purchase from ordering to delivery, the pillow is better than I expected in both comfort and durability shipping was very fast and the packaging was right for the product. This seller has done their homework and done what it takes to ensure a pleasant experience as well as a good product.

I bought this for my husband thinking it was a shredded memory foam pillow. While this pillow seems to be a memory foam product, I don't believe it is shredded foam. That being said the pillow case is a nice quality and it does hold it's shape well. Be warned that this pillow is VERY, VERY FIRM!! There was a very slight odor when it was unpacked. I placed this pillow in the dryer with 2 dryer sheets and there was no odor after about 20 minutes. The pillow did blow up like a balloon after being in the dryer and settled down to a normal size by the end of the night.

I did not know how I was going to like these pillows but I love them. I have been sleeping on this pillow for 3 weeks . I have no problems. I really like it. I made a pillow case for this pillow, I know it does not have to have one but it is all good. I fluff it up and sleep good next day all good. I have no problem with the pillow. For those who want a soft soft pillow may need to shop more for that kind of pillow

I love this pillow. It's perfect for side and back sleepers alike.When you first get the pillow you have to spend some time to fluff it up b/c it arrives vacuum packed. Give it 1 week to fully fluff up and you will see how wonderful this pillow is. It has the right amount of firmness and softness to mold to your head and neck. It's the best pillow I've ever owned!

This product is nicely made but hard as a rock. I am using mine as props for the bed. One thing I am not doing is sinking in the pillows. We bought 3 of these and regretted it. It also took two washings and a month to get rid of the smell enough to use them the first time.

Based on the many positive reviews and appearance of the pillow I decided to purchase two of them however after months of use I am disatisfied for the pillows are just two stiff and retain heat. I awaken most mornings with a sore neck consequently I will have to do some additional research on other pillows for possible purchase.

I take this pillow with me when I travel. You can shape and form it to support you the way you want and it keeps that form and is comfortable. Half the price of the name brand advertised on TV.
