I took this when I went to bed...I guess it probably works, but the taste isn't great and it left my mouth feeling funny all the next day. I wanted to buy a berry flavored one that I liked better, but it's discontinued...

Delicious tasting! I take them to avoid getting sick, so hopefully, they work! Don't take them on an empty stomach, nausea,,,,,,,,If they work, will buy again
