They are easily cleaned with soap and water and the size is great for a person who wears a size medium rubber glove. My husband wears a large rubber glove and these SO DO NOT FIT HIM! I purchased this kit about a year and a half ago. Everything is still in the same condition has when I got it out of the packaging! The meat claws are AMAZING! They work for any type of meat and makes shredding easy. The brush has been used many times and gets the job done. The gloves were on the smaller side but still works. I have used these gloves many of times in the smoker and they hold up great to the heat. They are hard to feel and grip though. All in all i rate a 4 star for the quality and the meat claws! I love them things!
