One of the oldest and best
I am studying to be a Naturopath. I have recently taken courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine and was interested in adding some of them into my medicine chest. so when I had the chance to get these I took it. My son and I have very poor immune systems. I try and find natural product that can help boost the immune system. Eucommia bark tea has long been used to help treat people and boost the immune system. One of the oldest recorded herbs that is used to prolong a superior life. It has long been known to help the body stay healthy. Eucommia Bark tea can be used to calm the nerves too. There are wonderful things out there that can do amazing things for the body and this is one of the highest on the list. This particular product is a very fine powder. It has a very faint earthy smell and no real flavor. I actually enjoy adding it to a cup of green tea or Matcha in the morning. I have been drinking it every day for almost two weeks now and I love it. helped my adrenal fatigue!
I'm taking this for adrenal fatigue and I do notice a difference in my energy levels throughout the day. They are more sustained and lows aren't as low. I haven't felt like I needed naps since taking this. When I heard about the benefits of Eucommia Bark for adrenal support, liver and kidney support and joint and bone support I decided to try it since it has so many different health benefits.There is a history of osteoporosis in my family and I just turned 50 so I feel like I need to take some preventive measures.I am totally into the superfood, food as medicine route and I am studying to become an herbalist.The other nice thing about Eucommia Bark is that it can be taken on a daily basis.I've been adding it to smoothies or juice but I really actually like the taste in just plain water as well. Helps my arthritis
This Luz eucommia bark extract is awesome! I suffer from arthritis in my knee. I started talking this twice a day and by the next morning I noticed less pain in my knee! I continued to take if for almost 2 weeks. I quit taking it for a week because I was about to have surgery and the doctor said wait until after surgery. I started taking it again yesterday after they released me. When I woke up this morning I had far less pain than yesterday!The taste isn't the best but if you mix it with a little bit of juice you don't notice the taste very much. After taking it for the first week I didn't notice the taste at all unless I just mixed it with water. I will continue to use this as it not only helps with joints and bones but it has anti inflammatory properties that helps to improve blood pressure and relieves pain.Overall great product that I will recommend!I did receive a discount for my honest and unbiased review.
