Delicious
Another one of those items where I can't believe that it is sugar free. It is perfect. I used ground up sugar free chocolate cookies as a crust and filled it with this mousse. It was amazing.

Easy-peasy sugar-free dessert!
This is the best sugar-free dessert I have found in years. For each packet, I am able to get five custard bowls. At times I top it with a sugar-free Cool Whip. It makes a nice ending to a meal when you want a little something sweet. I'm pleased that I can get it through Amazon because my local supermarket doesn't carry it. Try it, I'll bet you love it!

this does not set in fridge like pudding
This is not pudding. It won't set in the fridge much, but gets it's thickness by whipping. A few hints : add the mix to your bowl, and then the milk. Stir gently with a spoon until the powder is wet. Whip for 5 min with a mixer. You could whip by hand, but it'll take a lot of effort and it won't reach the full fluffiness that a mixer will get you. Yum

Weird Taste
Weird taste, but better than no dessert

Jolly Good Dessert
It might deserve five stars for being so good and sugarless, but real sugar mousse is of course tastier. If you can't have the sugar, though, this won't make you whine and complain as it's a jolly good dessert. I discovered if I use my electric whizzer and fairly cold milk, I don't even have to wait until it sets up in the refrigerator; it turns into a thick mousse immediately.

Nasty, tastes like medicine
Yucky, tasted like medicine not lemon, and I purchased a whole twelve pack and didn’t feel right return them after using one package, they were so gross, we will not be eating more, shame don’t know what else I could use them for

Doesn't set up
I have been buying San Sucre for many years. I have tried 2 boxes so far and each time the mousse hasn't set up at all. I followed the directions exactly. I used 1% milk, which is what I normally use. I wish I knew what the problem is. I am type 1 diabetic and really enjoy this dessert. I also use it to frost sugar free cakes. Something is seriously wrong with this batch though. I may be beyond return date.

Tastes great.
I've eaten this mousse for years... if you're only worried about carbs you can use Half & Half instead of skim milk. I also add a heaping teaspoon of cocoa powder and a teaspoon of Equal sweetener. Come out nicely whipped... two packs will fill a pie shell for a nice chocolate mousse pie.
