Great product and packaging
I've tried a few Iron products, and this is the best I've found. The more popular version is in blister pack, so hard to get each one out. This packaging is a bit more expensive but much easier since the pills are loose.

This is an iron food with factors needed to help absorb it. It never caused me constipation. I have used it for years.
