Great socks! They are nice and thick and warm and super comfortable. Originally I bought these for my husband to use as his socks for an upcoming trip he is having, with the expected weather to be snowy and cold. He tried them on with his winter boots, perfect. The surprising thing I want to add though, is one day he decided to wear them here in our hometown on an extremely hot & humid, albeit rainy day. He wore these with his work boots, and came home to tell me how great the socks were, so comfortable and his feet didn’t feel tired like normal, and somehow the warmth and thickness didn’t bother him. So, our rating A++++++ :)

This is what the label said. If one adds all the percentage figures it adds-up to only 93%The rest is unknown. I consider this consumer product misrepresentation.Why LIE ??????

I was just wanting some inexpensive socks to wear around the house this winter. So, I ordered these socks primarily because they were just that.......inexpensive. What I didn't know was the outstanding quality I would receive for my money. These are nice, warm, comfortable and well fitting socks! Possibly not the warmest out there due to wool content, but they are extremely nice socks, and you can't beat the price.

Package says sock size 9-11 and shoe size 4-10. Package says 48% Merino Wool, 35% cotton, 10% Polyester, 7% Elastic. Solid black socks were covered in white lint when they arrived. Socks are rough, not soft. Terry loop cushioning throughout the inside of sock, but there are also longer straight strings of yarn that are not looped, but still connected. Fits my 8.5 size foot fine. Socks fit snugly because of the elastic, but are easy to pull on and off. I don't understand combining merino wool with cotton. Merino wool wicks moisture away, while cotton absorbs it, so together they work in opposition.

Perhaps I got defective/mislabeled socks? I am a size 11W guy and the socks were supposed to fit. They say "compression arch" but these were compression all over. Very tight, uncomfy, and didn't loosen as worn. Also, the loops inside the sock were rather rough and not soft as in comparable socks with a large quantity of Merino wool in them. My wife has a size 7 foot. The socks "fit her" without sloppiness. So, was I sent women's socks instead???

These are not women's sock. They are big and designed for men.

I love these socks, and they're the best I've had in a very long time. They keep my feet warm in a cabin that has no heating, with a range of indoor temperature from 30 to 50 degrees. They're great with hiking shoes and with any kind of boots as well as sneakers. They fit perfect, go by the description for size information. Perfect!

I bought these to go with my work boots during the winter season, and so far they are keeping my feet warm if cold weather as low as 20 degrees. The overall thickness is not bad but are a little thicker than my last pair I had which provided the same warmth. Overall would recommend for cold weather.

Correct size, Have not wore it for long time but will in the winter. Material also very good. And feels comfortable.
