Useful cooking tool
Great for roasting potatoes. I learned to move the cooling rack to the top to brown one side and move to lower rack in oven to brown bottoms. No flipping potatoes, other foods, over!

An Essential and Inexpensive Kitchen Helper
This is a solid, well-made resting and baking rack. The feet have been polished and are smooth, a concern I would have with sharper metal feet on granite. I don't use it for cooking but for resting hot pans on as air can pass underneath, minimizing any insulation effect. It is also excellent for resting baked bread.

These are sturdy, stainless steel racks that now seem hard to find - thanks for having them.
I love these and they are now safely hidden until I make the next cakes for which I use them as cooling racks not holders in the smoker for meats that will never again coke clean afterward!

Good, sturdy, baking rack
Works great for making bacon in the oven or on the grill. Placed on foil to catch the grease and large surface area makes room for 12 ounce package of bacon.
