WaterU 10 Pack Reusable Colored Straws

I really like these straws. However, they are pictured as solidly colored. Mine arrived in a variety of colored stripes. They are very cute, just not as pictured. And, as another reviewer mentioned, it's a bit concerning that there is no "BPA-free" mention on the packaging...

We wanted reusable straws. The price one these ones are great. So I bought 2 packs. My kids love them. We use ours in glasses and tumbler cups.If you want them for tumbler cups, there is no stopper on the straws. They are straight acrylic straws. But work great and dishwasher friendly. I will buy 2 more packs.

I don't feel like these are a great value, and would have liked something with more color choices, but at the time this was what I could find. These are standard-size straws, no funny business. I like that they don't have the ring stopper on it. What is with that? There's no rings on straws from restaurants. Do they think the average McDonald's customer is more capable of keeping the straw in the drink than someone who uses a reusable straw? Who has their straws flying from their drinks, willy-nilly? I don't know why a stop is needed and I am glad these don't have one. I gave them an extra star just for being logical.

These straws are sold as an add on to WaterU 2-Pack BPA Free Double Wall Cups. The straws that come with the cups have a stopper so they stay in place. These do not. Also they are made of a softer plastic which makes me wonder if they're really BPA free.

The arrived on time, however not the product in the picture:( great value, they work fine just disappointing when you get something else...

I've always liked to drink my coffee with a straw and I was using multicolored disposable straws everyday. In my attempt to be more 'green' in my lifestyle, I wanted to find a reusable straw and came across these. Nothing special about these, it's just a straw, but I'm happy with them. They are dishwasher safe and very durable. My mom has very sensitive teeth and has started even drinking beer through a straw, so I'm going to get her a set of these as well.UPDATE: 8/18/14I just ordered more of these straws, this is now my third pack of these...some I've lost or thrown away and some others have melted in the dishwasher. On this most recent order, I was disappointed to see that the straws are not the same as previous orders, the ones I received have the bulge at the lower end like the 'tumbler' straws, they were not the straight straw as noted in the description. Could just be a switch up during shipping, I'll keep them if they fit in my coffee mug, if not I'll be contacting the seller to return them

I have sensitive teeth so straws are a must--and these are awesome. I've had some in the past that were too hard, but these still are sturdy but soft. I put them in the dishwasher and they still look like new! More more environmentally friendly than throwing your straws away! You won't regret it.
