First off product came fast, been taking for a little over a week and I feel a boost of energy after taking in the morning. I've done a lot of research and apple cider has many benefits.Second, I like this product because it is the pill form of apple cider vinegar, absolutely no taste of appple cider vinegar. I have tried the liquid form of apple cider vinegar and cannot hold it down. The pill has no taste or smell of apple cider (big plus for me). I am very appalled how well, this product works.I only take one a day. It has helped with my energy, and sugar balance. I had read the comments before I purchased this product. Other reviewers were correct. After a month In taking one I the morning and the other at my 3pm crash. I have no more crashes and my A1C numbers are almost normal. I'll check back in my 3rd month of using this product.

These apple cider vinegar pills are great. They don't taste bad like the liquid form does, in fact they have no taste at all. I have noticed a difference at meal time eating smaller portion sizes and feeling full faster. I will continue to purchase this product from the seller!

I got these thinking they would be good to use based on other reviews but I was mistaken. After the first bottle was almost gone the seller was nice enough to send me another bottle after I mentioned they were not working. I was told sometimes it takes a little while. Well now after two months and I am down to my last couple of them and I have seen no change in anything so I am still thinking they are a waste of time which is very disappointing
