i like these kola nuts , they are fresh. They last me a long time. I wish they had 4 lobe kola nuts though.

The first time I ordered this product, a few of the Kola nut was dried. But the product was a good. I re-order & the they sent me something other than what was shown in the picture. I requested a product return, & waiting to hear back from the seller.

Energy and alertness
The nut taste a little bitter but I can feel it give me energy and enhance my thinking and alertness thru out the day. I’m starting to replacing coffee with this nut because it doesn’t give me jitteriness. Just placed two more order!
