Lovely scent

Originally I was sent an incorrect scented candle. However, after contacting Sydney Candle Co., the correct item was sent out immediately and the error was resolved. I now have the delightfully scented candle I ordered and was told to keep the incorrect one to enjoy as well. Thank you so much for being professional and thoughtful.

I ordered a holiday bayberry candle ahead of time for Christmas. I guess there was a mixup getting my order. Someone from Sydney Candle Co called me personally and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on, and made sure that I was still interested in my purchase. The candle still arrived on time with a hand written note and an extra goodie. The candle itself smells heavenly and is exactly what I wanted. I will be purchasing my candles exclusively from Sydney Candle Company from now on.

I got the eggnog one for my boyfriend as a Christmas present and it smells good. Haven’t burnt it though. I got myself the carrot cake and it smells amazing! And the seller is so sweet. Love these and will probably buy again. They’re a little smaller than I thought they’d be but the jars are so cute and I found them worth it.

There were a few issues with my address and one of the ladies called and messaged me directly to help figure it out. She was super sweet and made my day.The quality of the candle itself is amazing, I love the smell, and the jars they come in are just adorable. I’m definitely buying from them again next time I need another candle.
