How about this lunch backpack as school supplies for college students? I often use backpacks to take my laptop and books.Thanks

If you can use it for school supplies. I would recommend putting a plastic container in the lunchbox portion of the backpack and put your school supplies in there. This will help keep it rigid. Currently there is no structure other than a soft cooler within the backpack. I hope that makes sense.

Is the charger an actual charger or is it just a port and you have ti hook up your own charging system?

No it is not a charger. it is a port with an HDMI cord on the inside. So, theoretically, if you were carrying a laptop inside, you could hook up the HDMI cable and plug in your phone cable on the outside. Or just carry an extra battery on the inside. It is a pretty cool accessory, but I don't really use it.

Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer. How do I do that?

Usually, through the returns and orders menu by utilizing the "Get Help" or "return/replace" button if there is a problem you will talk with amazon's AI tool then usually it will allow you to write a message to seller. You can also click on the hyperlink by the "SOLD BY" which should be the seller. Then on the next page it brings you to there should be a button that says "Ask seller a question." You will receive their response through "Your messages" -> "Buyer/Seller messages" No matter which path you choose it is set up like a simple style email system and is not instant messaging. With that in mind the responses can take up to 24-72 hours for a response depending on the seller.

The zipper broke a few weeks after receiving it. How do i contact the seller for a replacement or refund?
