Junk
We have one at our local American Legion and it is truly junk. We have almost as much in repairs as it cost new. It is only used one day a week. Last time it leaked and ruined the floor. Part is over $1000 to repair it.

Will cost more in repairs than the difference in purchase price of a higher quality machine
We inherited this machine with a property purchase, and as such also were able to find the records. In about 5 years the total repair costs (mileage, labor, parts) was over $4,000. I'm sure it wasn't taken wonderful care of, but it definitely wasn't terribly abused as it was a small scale operation. The leaking other commenters mention has been a problem for us multiple times in the past year, which can often lead to larger issues if not caught early. Most importantly in my mind, is that this machine is basically the same as it was 10 years ago - and it was crappy then. Why settle for outdated and unreliable technology when other options exist?

Best Value in Commercial Undercounter Dishwashers! Would Buy Again!
Purchased the product approximately one year ago. Selected the RL-30 dishwasher for my commercial foodservice operation because it only requires a 20 amp circuit and meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirement unlike the Hobart or Jackson under counter dishwashers. Factory support is superb. Had problems with installation and called Insinger for help. James in Technical Support walked us through the CORRECT installation and resolved the issues (our fault!). Machine works better than expected. Easy to clean and drain at the end of each day. Buying from Amazon is easy and fast, not to mention saving hundreds from local vendors. Would definitely purchase again! Thanks, Insinger!

Everything (literally) goes bad on them
I work for a senior assisted living facility and these washers get used 3 times a day everyday. So they get a lot of use/abuse. But my gosh are these washers complete junk. Everything (literally) goes bad on them. Drain pumps and drain hoses last maybe a year. The switches are very cheap and get replaced often. They have Leaks galore! We service alot of equpment at our facility and these dishwashers are by far the most problematic piece of equipment the company owns. Cost to maintain will exceed the purchase price in a short amount of time. Do yourself a huge favor and dont buy an insinger! Buy a hobart

Big mistake buying this
Agree with previous respondents. Nothing but trouble since day 1. Not many service companies will work on it either.

WORST DISHWASHER EVER
Everything that could go wrong with this machine has, and probably will again. It's a terrible design; the water leaks out and down into the electronic parts shorting them out. The plastic parts don't hold up in the high temperature. We have spent almost as much as cost of the machine in repairs. Don't buy this!
