A great product recommended by my cardiologist. I have been taking fish oil for many years and improved my heart stats. I started my husband on these to improve his stats.

It was good wish it was higher in epa/dha

Works good on my joints for fibro. There is acid reflux reaction from this brand with taste.

I have been considering trying omega 3's for a long time. I have had knee pain for many years and heard it can help. It also has other great benefits such as heart health, help with depression and mood, increases brain function and your skin also benefits from it.With all these things in mind I was excited to try this product for free in return for an honest review.I started using it every day as directed.I first noticed that I did seem to be in a better mood, I can get in a funk every once in awhile so this helps. After a few weeks of use I have noticed a reduction in my knee pain as well as my back pain. My hair and nails seem to be growing faster and appear to be more healthy.Overall I am very happy with this product. The only drawback is the size of the pills. They are huge and extremely hard to swallow.

I have read in numerous beauty magazines that Omega-3 Fatty Acids give you healthy hair, skin and nails. This was the primary reason that I wanted to try them. My nails have become drier and brittle as I have aged. They even sometimes have some discoloration. My hair and skin are pretty healthy, but I figure the Omega-3 will help to keep them that way. I could also benefit from the Inflammation and joint pain relief that is attributed to Omega-3. This True Sol supplement contains 1500mg of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, 800mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid, 600mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and 100mg of other Omega-3 Fatty Acids. A serving size is 2 capsules and contains 20 calories and 2 grams of fat.My absolute FAVORITE thing about this Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule is the smell/taste. I have smelled Fish Oil capsules in the past and they typically smell like the fish that they are derived from. Eww. Luckily, these capsules are scented/flavored. They are supposed to be lemon, but they seem to smell more like orange to me. They are certainly citrus..not fish. There is little taste since you swallow the capsules whole, but they are not unpleasant.The capsules are a little large. However, this seems to be standard with Fish Oil capsules. They are soft and I have no issues getting them down.So, how have they worked for me? I have actually noticed a huge difference with my nails! They are growing out to the super long lengths that they used to when I was younger. I purposely did not paint them or use anything on them since I have been taking this True Sol Omega-3. My nails are long enough to where they are driving me nuts and I will probably trim them and paint them soon.I am not sure if I received any inflammation benefits from the Omega-3. My muscles in my back have been behaving recently, but I have also been getting on the exercise bike a lot. I am not sure if my lack of pain is from the exercise, the Omega-3 or both. Either way, it probably isn't hurting.

My husband has a dry eye condition and been using this because Omega-3 supplements are recommended for dry eyes. He has been improving a lot since he has been taking these. He is really happy that his eyes are not as dry and he can finally get some relief without prescriptions or surgery. There is no fishy odor. They are more potent than others we have tried. Even though these are large they are not very hard to swallow because they are softgels. I was sent a sample unit in exchange for an honest and fair review.
