I actually called Yamaha Headquarters before putting it in my 07 Yamaha R1 just to be sure that it was safe. I use it in my motorcycle for track use because most tracks ban EG - because EG's toxic and slick if spilled on the track. If you use this, flush your old system as thoroughly as possible with demineralized or distilled water to avoid diluting this new coolant with left over EG.
