I have been taking these for about a week and a half now and I have noticed a difference in my focus while at work. This is great because I do not always have a lot to do and I really need to be awake for the times that I do have a lot to do. I seem to be able to get through my work faster than I used to and do not make a lot of mistakes or have to ask a lot of questions. Also, when I get home from work I have been getting a lot more done than I was before.
