Travel coffee mug is wonderful. Well made and fits nicely in my coffee holder in my car. I recommend this to anyone that wants a reasonably priced stainless steel mug.

As others have mentioned, the lid does not stay on. I can just as easily pop the whole lid off when opening the port if I am not paying attention. The lid was certainly screwed on tight, and yes I did intentionally misplace my thumb, but the bottom line is that it is very easy to pop the whole lid off. This is a spill waiting to happen in the car where you may not be able to look down to make sure you are popping the hatch and not the lip under the hatch. Rather than a rubber pad, the bottom of the mug has just a thin rubber-like sticker which is not centered. The bottom of the mug has a hollow area so the misplaced sticker will get wash water behind it and soon fall off. Maybe you don't need this pad, but it just looks cheap. I never did bother to test its temperature keeping ability, the poor fitting lid was a deal breaker. As I write this review, I see the price went up by 5 bucks since I bought it last week. I definitely cannot recommend buying this especially when its over the ten dollar mark. I wouldn't want it even it was free. As usual, Amazon was great with the return.

Exactly as described. I like it bc the mouth opening snaps shut so it doesn't spill. Keeps my coffee hot all the way to work. Easy to clean. Good product.

I feel like two star reviews say more than one star reviews, so I'm giving it two stars even though I want to give it one. Quite simply, the lid does not securely screw on. Most of the time when you think the lid is on good, you can easily pop it off. If you tighten the lid too tight, it will actually come loose. My coffee consistently leaks through the seal between the lid and the mug. I have zero confidence in this product. It's a waste of money. Oh and also, it doesn't nearly retain heat as well as other mugs I've used. It's an all-around bad product.

Not what I expected,..doesn't look durable, if it accidentally drops it spills coffee through the sides,....it gets hot after a while so the rubber on the sides doesn't help,......would not recommend..

Functional but found "Durable stainless steel travel mug interior and exterior to keep your travel cup hot for hours" to be disingenuous. I thought this would be more of a double-walled "vacuum" sealed mug which isn't the case. It keeps your coffee/ beverage warm as would any regular travel mug but does not keep it longer than normal. I make my coffee at 7:20 a.m. I start drinking at 7:30 a.m and by 8:45 or 9:00 a.m., it is slightly cooler than room-temp. With that said, the design is similar to a Starbucks travel mug that I owned previously (and really liked) and it works well enough to suit my needs.

I love love love this tumbler. The lid screws on securely and I can flip the top and use a straw if I like. Nice size and feel. No metallic taste at all like some other stainless tumblers I've tried. Very happy with purchase.

Not sure why this got so many 5 stars. I just got mine (June 2015). The cover doesn't fit well, and in fact if you try to tighten it enough, it never tightens enough, just rotates and rotates. And so no matter how you adjust the cover, coffee dribbles down your chin. It is unusable. I was hoping to replace my aging (6 year old) but excellent Starbucks mug that looks very similar to this one. It is not even close to the quality of Starbucks. Unusable = 1 star.
