It would be nice if they would include an extra set of caps ...
I like the jump rope and even bought one for a friend. It would be nice if they would include an extra set of caps so one could snip off the excess cable and cap it. Really, this is not a huge deal for me. I'm very satisfied overall.

Great all-purpose jump rope.
This is a great all-purpose jump rope. It was easy to adjust the length and use right out of the package. The handles are metal and have a rough grip. The rough grip did not bother me but, a friend used it and said she didn't like the "feel" of the handles. The rope is very light in weight, I've used ropes that are slightly more weighted. I've been using it for about 5 days and I really like it. There isn't anything unique about this rope but, it's a great everyday jump rope. I work in a gym and left it there for clients to use, everyone has liked using it so far.(I was compensated for this review but all opinions are my own)

Great rope for fitness or hard core training.
IM 5, 11 and a compettive martial artist as well as operate a bootcamp. This rope was perfect for us at the dojo. It's a strong design and adjustable which is a huge plus since we normally hvae to have about 30 ropes with each being a different length to accommodate for everyone. With this rope we can adjust it as needed. The swivel is also a great since this is what usualy causes ropes to break, the inability to move or rotate and sometimes it gets snagged and snaps. I can see this wont happen with this rope.Over all its a great rope for both fitness and hard core training, we will def be giving it a goof pounding, I highly recommended this rope for anyone.
