Galaxy S7 Case, OBLIQ [Slim Meta][Satin Silver] Slim Fit Premium Dual Layer Protection Case with Metallic Brush Finish Back with Shock Absorbing TPU Inner Layer for Samsung Galaxy S7

I bought this case 2 years ago when I upgrade my phone to the Galaxy S7. The lease is up on my phone and I'm returning it back to Sprint looking like the first day it came out of the box.This case has a very slim profile which is one of the main reason I purchased it, the other being that it has two layer protection. first layer is the rubber or silicone material that fit the phone very snugly to minimize dust particles accumulating between the back causing scratches. The outer layer is made of a hard plastic that can and did take a lot of drops from at least 4 ft.This has been the best phone case I've ever purchase. Definitely would recommend getting this case for your phone.

Nice case, not perfect.Pros: cuts a nice midline between "overly bulky but protected like Fort Knox" Otterbox-style cases and the pretty but largely useless TPU sleeves. The chromed buttons are nice and very distinct, with a good action. The TPU inner liner fits like a glove with no wiggle room, but doesn't interfere with the film protector I added to the screen. Plastic shell snaps on satisfyingly and looks pretty from a distance. Does NOT interfere with wireless charging pads that I've tried.Cons: the rounded case edges follow the contour of the phone but could use a bit more gripping surface, perhaps additional cutouts to the TPU underlay or a bit of texturing. The big one, however, is that I feel a little taken by the product description. It's not metal, plain and simple, but a standard molded plastic. In retrospect I never should have expected it to be metal, given the price, but the juxtaposition of [Meta], "titanium," and "brushed metal look" certainly builds a brand.

I really like this case, it's very pretty and protects my phone well, but I had a problem with the button that covers the phone's power button. It was very stiff, to the point I could barely get it to push the button to turn on the phone. It took many tries to get the phone to turn on and taking a screenshot was impossible. Then, after having it less than a couple months that button fell off entirely, leaving a hole in the side of the case. Now turning my phone on is even harder because I have to try to push it with my fingernail down in the hole. And taking screenshots is still impossible. Now after just a couple months this was a waste of money and i am going to have to buy another new phone case and because this was was so awful for functionality, even though it's pretty, I will not be buying this case again.

Purchased this phone cover in May of 2016, almost 18 months ago. I ordered the pink. I am so impressed with the durability and overall protection. I have dropped my phone at least 100 times, often on concrete and have never had ANY damage to my phone. I do have a screen protector as well. Some of the metallic sheen color has started to come off just around the edges and 2 of the corners have cracked just a bit, which I would expect, especially in the places where it's hit the ground HARD on multiple occasions. Even where the cover is cracked, it is still completely intact, with no signs that it's coming apart. Would definitely purchase this again. This was a great $13 investment.

As described, inside there is another layer, the pictures are very representative and true to the item. It makes the phone a bit clunky - but that is what you have to give up for protection, I guess. The style, colour is like on the images but would not call it 'black' it is a metallic anthracite. I can see a few scratch-marks on it, cannot remember dropping it, but in that case it is doing its job :)Also, it is easy to put on and also take off in case you need to get to the sim card or SD card.The jacks are easy to access when it is on the device, no problem with plugs etc. Camera is well protected by the height (depth) of the cover and also a good cut, not in pictures and flash is not covered either; not obstructing the Samsung Health functions (Heart Rate, Stress, SpO2 measuring) either.

This is a great case, looks good and offers protection all around the way around the edges of the phone. I like the 2-layer design and the extra impact protection it adds. I use this one when I'm going to be outdoors for a while hiking, skiing, etc. Very easy to get on and off of my phone. I like the the buttons are a little on the firm side, as it protects them from being accidentally pressed when going in and out of my pocket.There are some users who have complained about the case being plastic when they thought it was metal, but I knew that going in. The description and images both clearly say "thermoplastic", so I'm not sure how that got missed. That being said, if you are looking for a metal case, this isn't the one for you.Overall, I highly recommend it!

For the Galaxy S 7, great case. Great product. Fits my phone perfectly. Had a problem the first order got lost in transit. Contacted their customer service and Amazon Customer Service both excellent and helped me with the order delay. Got a discount on the price for the problem. A new one was sent to me I received it on time. Very nice strong case, looks very good on the phone. Still do not have a glass shield, since the phone comes with the new Corning 4 Gorilla Glass. Not sure if it needs a screen protector.

I just purchased two of the OBLIQ slim fit cases for our new Galaxy S7 phones. They are nice and sleek and appear to have similar protection to Otterbox's Commuter case, at about half of the price. I haven't dropped my phone to test that, but doing a visual comparison, I would say they are close. This case does not come with a screen protector, which we had to order separately. The case colors are lighter than they appear on the screen. The black is actually a charcoal grey and the silver appears more white with silver stripes. Order darker than you want. We haven't had any issues with getting the phone to work while the cases are on. They charge well via port or cordless charger and all side buttons work fine.

I purchased this phone cover based on reviews. The case is strong and really good quality, I have dropped my phone a few times since having the new case on and the cover has resisted any scratches which is brilliant! I felt like I had a brand new phone when I got the cover :) - Love this purchase!

we're a bit torn ..my partner loves his n has lasted n saved his phone from many drops n possible breaks.... mine well it broke the side plastic n as i pulled it off it popped my button of phone in n got stuck....so fair is fair...his great mine not so great... broke my phone

Great product, fits like a glove.. to put the cover on and remove it, you do need to prise the hard cover from the inner silicone one and put them on separately..this gives it the snug fit..i don't find the case bulky and I've even bought a glass protector screen (90%).. I'm a happy customerDelivery was standard speed, 3/4 days as I chose 'free delivery' at checkout

Nice looking case, two piece gives good snug fit, no problems with using buttons or charging. Smart brushed metallic look but it is hard plastic. Pricey compared to others out there but think its worth the extra. Does bulk out the phone so the protection does come at the cost of losing the slimness of the phone.

Power button only worked if you pressed it with your whole body weight. Had to return as my 11 yr old daughter couldnt manage it!
