Yes, it will fit the 7080 micro optiplex. It's the exact same dimensions of my 5050. As for a monitor, you have to find one with an HDMI connector/adapter.

Does this fit the Dell micro 7010?

It fits all Dell Micros. I have had one for about 5-6 years. VERY nice to mount on your wall behind your monitor and have no items on your desktop or on your floor.
