This is exactly what I wanted. The paper is heavier than I was led to believe from the reviews - although I will probably have it laminated. Clear, helpful and concise and very glad I ordered it.

I bought the chart to help when doing energy work on someone with either physical or emotional issues. This is a great visual!

Thank you for putting so much helpful information in one graffic. I wish it came with an 8 1/2×11 version to keep in my notebook for sessions away from my office!

I bought a frame from Walmart for $5-10 and hung it on my wall, and looks perfect. It's an easy reminder and way to raise awareness of your mind and body. It came bent, but I contacted Cheryl and they shipped me a new one so no worries.

Went out and got a frame and hung this one the wall. It is a great chart, easy to read/correlate well made graphic.Except, it is not laminated, So I got a frame for it, and hung it on the wall.Is larger than sheet of paper, but I could have easily got graphic off internet and photocopied it to any size at copier store, AND had it laminated for less than 10 bucks.
