Review: This is my third McDavid Jumpers Knee Strap. I love them. I've had knee pain for three decades after dislocating my patella multiple times in my early 20s. It was only a year ago when I thought of trying a knee strap to help my knee track without grinding. I researched and McDavid's strap was highly rated so I ordered one. I was shocked at how much the pain was reduced with the strap. I've tried other brands, but they took longer to put on didn't stay in place, or didn't apply pressure properly. The straps wash well. My first band is now losing some of the Velcro grip, but that was after a couple hundred uses. I wish there was a wider assortment of colours, but that's the only downside.

**Q: Will it fit kids?**
A: It has velcro strap but it still might be to big depending how old the child is.

**Q: Does it come in a pair or do I have to select 2 in quantity?**
A: Have to select 2 in quantity.  Only one per box, does not come in a pair.

**Q: Does the strap feel uncomfortable behind the knee?**
A: I did not feel this strap to be uncomfortable. I thought it provided good support for my knee; I felt better using it. I think the key is to be sure to get the right size.

**Q: Hi.  the product description says that there is a tube insert.  where is it when you have the brace on?  is it comfortable?  how hard or soft is it?**
A: The McDavid 414 Jumpers Knee Strap has a tubular insert that applies compression to the patellar tendon, located at the bottom of the knee cap and top of the shin bone. It is not hard.
