A staple for nursing moms
These are my go-to nursing pads. For the price and quantity, this is a wonderful deal. However, if you are just starting with the nursing routine and haven't established a good nursing pattern, you might need even more absorbency for your pads. I would trust these to hold up after about 2-3 months of nursing. When your body is first starting to produce, I'd opt for the more expensive Lansinoh brand because those hold a LOT. Then kick them to the curb and buy these.

My favorite!
The Hey Mama brand boobie pads are best and most comfortable that I've tried (which were quite a few). I re-order regularly and often take advantage of the 2pk deal bc I like to have one extra box available- I ran out once and had to rely on the reusable bamboo ones that I received as a gift.. not fun. Super absorbent, soft, great for sensitive nipples, and they don't feel stiff or bulky. I don't stick them I just slip them into my bra and haven't had any issues. Will purchase as gifts for my friends who are new mamas! Wish there was a subscribe and save option! #loyalcustomerdiscountplease 😬

Pretty good
I've tried a couple different brands now and think these are pretty comparable to the lansinoh ultra (which cost twice as much). They're big so they have a lot of coverage. I wear a padded bra most of the time so I can't really see the pad through shirts. Warning: once these fill up, the sticker that sticks it to your bra gets weird and leaves a residue on your bra that comes off somewhat easily. I usually use the same ones for over 24 hours so this is probably why I have this problem, but if you use a new one every day it should be fine. All in all at 10 cents each, I'm pretty happy with these

Not for New Moms
I bought these nursing pads based on the glowing reviews and they've been pretty disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them for the first couple of months of breastfeeding when your nipples are really sensitive and sore. The edges were very itchy and my breasts were always damp because it didn't wick away all the moisture. I have an entire box left but stopped using it because it was irritating, so I'll probably use them up later when my baby is older since it would be a waste. But I definitely wouldn't repurchase.

Poorer quality than before
I don’t know what they changed, but these nursing pads are not the same as before. I have bought these exclusively since 2016, and I used to love them. They were very absorbent and comfortable. Now, they hold hardly any milk. I’ve had terribly embarrassing moments at work with these pads because they do not hold the same amount of fluid as they used to.At first I thought I was producing more milk than usual so chalked it up to a fluke. I soon realized that they are thinner and manufactured differently. They actually leak even if they’re not completely full! The funny part is the company that sold them reached out to me to make sure I was happy with the product. I told them the new issues I experienced. The rep apologized, said he wasn’t aware of any charge in manufacturing, and asked if there was anything they could do to make it right. I said that perhaps I got a bad batch and would be interested in exchanging my boxes for new boxes, to which he replied that it’s against Amazon policy. That actually annoyed me more than the spilt milk. Anyway, I won’t be buying these again until they go back to their original production.

Completely satisfied customer!
Just bought these nursing pads to try. I am completely satisfied. They are exactly what they advertise them to be. I had bought an off brand from a local store and was disappointed every time I opened them. I hated the way they fit and felt. The Hey Mama nursing pads are soft, and contoured perfectly to fit in my bra. They hold up well, and I can't find a complaint. They were a great price, and customer service seems to be very nice and helpful. I highly recommend these pads and will definitely recommend to others. Great job with the product!

No other brand will do
Yes, they’re a bit on the more expensive side compared to other brands — but it is in their right! These are exactly as they claim to be. Super absorbent and a holy grail for mamas dealing with an oversupply or extremely leaky in general. Adhesive is very sticky, so it will not move. Keep a couple in your diaper bag or purse for when you’re out, JUST in case. I will purchase these until my BF/pumping journey is done.

They're ok but very inconsistent quality
They're fine. I'm not convinced they're any better than Medela ones. One thing I've noticed with my current box that bothers me is that they are extremely inconsistent in thickness, which makes me less confident in the absorbancy of the very thin ones. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. I'm not sure if this is how they all are or if my current box is somehow defective. I do not think these are worth paying more for, and I will probably not continue to do so.
