Too late to order another one in time for birthday......
The watch arrived in an unmarked tray with no identification and no instructions/description of the watch. The little plastic item which I correctlly assumred to be a device to remove some of the links in the watchband was broken into 3 pieces. My husband was able to figure it out and glue the item together and remove some of the links. But I could not have done it.. The watch is a birthday gift for my granddaughter. I assumed there would be a watch box of some kind as well as paperwork identifying the seller/watch. Its too late to get another watch in time.

Bought two watches for my granddaughters Christmas presents and a tool was included so I could adjust the bands for them right-away. I was the apple in my little teenage girls eyes. THANKS
