So far these gloves have worked out very well. The only problem I can see happening is the more I use them more is little strings of fabric are starting to fray off from coming in contact with the knife blade. I guess that would have been my skin if I wasn't wearing them. I only use one glove on my non- dominate hand so if this fraying should become a problem I have a back up glove.

I purchased these cut resistant gloves made by HandArmour and sold by Superior Innovations for my daughter to use with her mandoline and she loves them. They are light weight and very easy to handle food. She tested them out immediately trying to cut in an inconspicuous place on the sleeve and she could not make any sign of a mark on them. I had previously purchased ones with vinyl coating for myself. The vinyl coated ones were very bulky and hard to handle with food, so I didn't want those for my daughter. In fact, I'm thinking that later on I'll buy this kind for myself, too. Very Good Product.

So far, so good. I often cut myself with a kitchen knife because the food (chicken, for example) slips while cutting. The gloves make it easier to hold the food more securely. So far I have not had a test of the self-wound protection, but I like them. They clean easily. Good start.

I liked it because it protected my fingers while using sharp knife cutting. However, I would like to see it come in sizes. I have small hands, and the edges of the fingers were protruding, making it difficult to get a good handle.

I ordered these gloves for my husband who whittles. He creates sculptures from tree branches and has had several "accidents" with very sharp knives. He absolutely loves these gloves! When they arrived, he put one on and tested it out by slicing across the gloved hand with one of his knives. The glove showed no sign of any cut and his hand was completely protected. Thank you very much for this wonderful product....now I can sleep at night!

I bought this for my wife so her hands would be safe, but she's not able to use it successfully because it's too big for her hands, which makes it impossible to hold things securely while cutting. I wish it came in smaller sizes.

Purchased these gloves because it seemed I was always getting tiny little cuts when chopping veggies - No More! These gloves are the answer - no more cuts, great to use with my mandolin and easily washable for the next us. Strongly recommend these cut resistant gloves - especially if you love to cook!

I bought these gloves principally to protect myself from paper cuts which can be caused by opening packages. They work well for that purpose. I also like the fact that these gloves are washable, so it is possible to keep them clean.
