For me to take the time to write a review, my experience with the company and product would have to be extremely poor or remarkably great, I wish to speak to the latter regarding this company. My experience was PHENOMENAL!I purchased this praise statue as a gift. I received the item and was not disappointed in the appearance, style, craftsmanship, weight or packaging - it was even more beautiful than the picture, however, it was not the color I wanted.I sent an email to the company conveying this and expected a response within 2-3 business days. This did not occur, much to my surprise and delight a representative responded to my email and called WITHIN THE HOUR.This was on a Friday afternoon. I had the replacement the following week. Needless to say I am quite pleased with the product and the service I received. I look forward to future business with this company and highly recommend them.
