Sweet baby Jesus
**Update** I've now been using these for a few months, as well as trying a few other brands to compare. The two others I bought to try were Thinx and Pink. Short version, Bambody is still my favorite, but the Pink ones gave them some competition. I love the lace top ones from Bambody best, but either are wonderful. The long version is that I decided to try the "magical" Thinx brand, but went with the cheaper (but still most expensive of the three) BTWN version available at Target because I couldn't bring myself to pay the price for the regular ones. That might be why I hated them, because it was a classic case of the store brand being juuuust not quite the same, but either way, never again. The only nice thing I can say is that the sizing is accurate. Uncomfortable, made with a heavy fabric, and they felt like I was wearing a diaper. Also, the absorbent part stops well short of where you need it to go if you don't want leaks at night. It's the equivalent of wearing a regular pad to bed rather than the overnight pad. They have been put in the back of the rotation for only emergency situations. The next pair I tried were the Pink period underwear from Victoria's Secret. I bought the hipster fit as they come in hipster, boy shorts, and thong. VS just had a big sale, so I snagged them for nearly 50% off. Are they worth the full price? A solid maybe. They have some pros and cons. On the plus side, they are more stretchy than these from Bambody, the sizing is accurate, and the fabric feels like it is a little lighter. They are also pretty comfortable. The biggest positive is that I HATE VPL, and these have the lowest profile side seams. Still not really leggings friendly, but better than even Bambody. As for the cons, the biggest thing is that they, too, are only for day wear. The pad part does go up a little more in the front than Thinx, but it stops halfway up the back, same as the Thinx pair. (The slight upside to this fact is that they dry a little faster by having less fabric.) They are also less absorbent overall so maybe not the best for heavy days unless you can change or use them as backup, and more expensive per a single pair unless you can grab them on sale. All said, I liked these enough that I got a few more to have on hand as they are a solid addition to the rotation. As for Bambody, I've found some pros and cons after a few months of use, though the cons are my own fault. They are still magical, but I did buy them too small (as stated in the original review, I sized up to XL and needed XXL), so I ended up modifying the sides so they didn't cut in to my thighs. I'm curvy, so briefs don't fit me quite right anyways, and being a little small exacerbates the issue. The lace top ones are the most comfortable with the best fit and are my favorite, so I wear the briefs at night when the fit doesn't matter so much and use the lace ones for daytime on heavy days. They are super absorbent, so I can wear a pair on their own for a full day or night with no worries. My only complaint is that they are decidedly NOT leggings friendly, so be prepared for serious VPL if you pair them with certain tight or thin fabrics.**Original review**This is an honest review. Don't want the nitty gritty details, buy these now and have the best period of your life.I have a horrible period. Nothing medically going on, just one of the lucky ones with cramps that can leave me crying on the floor and a super heavy flow for several days that laughs at any of my feeble attempts to stem the red tide. I've tried it all, and I had finally found that a cup and a pad for backup would work, if I was able to go to the bathroom every hour or two. But that's not always feasible, because life. So after reading and comparing every brand of period underwear on the internet during a particularly bad day 1, I decided to try these. Not only did they arrive the next day, they were SOOOOO much cheaper than the other brands! But, I was hesitant. I mean, how great could these things be?Oh, Lord forgive me, I was wrong. I nearly ran over the delivery guy to get the package, and threw all three pairs straight in the washer. Air drying took nearly a full day in a sunny place, but the following morning, I tried the first pair. And, in the spirit of science, I didn't use it as a backup to the cup, I used it alone.It. Was. Glorious. Now, I was terrified at first, because despite saying that these things can hold the same as 2 tampons, it's advertising. Two tampons is a relative measurement. With that on my mind, I rushed to the bathroom every few minutes to verify that there was no leaking for a few hours, every time I felt that particular gush that always signalled utter disaster was happening. But there were no leaks. At all.So then I went grocery shopping, and took the dogs for a walk, and lived my life, and then, finally, that afternoon, I changed to another pair. I nearly cried from happiness. These are super soft and comfy, you don't feel wet, and the underwear don't really get a funky smell. My only complaint is from my own not trying them on. I sized up to XL, and needed XXL. The XL are fine after I stretched out the leg seams a bit, but I ordered some of the lace bikini pairs in XXL.

Love these
These are a great affordable option for period panties. A friend recommended these to me. She had tried both Thinx and these and preferred these. To address the most common things I saw in other reviews:Sizing and stretch- Most panties (in my experience) have a lot of stretch, especially at the waist band and legs. So you can probably get away with wearing a smaller size. These have enough stretch to feel comfortable but they won’t stretch out like normal panties. I see this as a strength because I feel very secure wearing them. I never need to worry about leaks due to position where there are loose spots, especially at night or with gushes, etc.I normally wear a XS or S, but more typically S in bottoms. I got the small and they fit great. They’re slightly snugger on the leg openings for me, but not tight, and this helps me feel secure on heavy days. I think for sizing think about your normal pants size and your shape. I’m not very curvy and have scrawny thighs. Someone who is more curvy may need to size up as many people described.Absorbency- I can’t wear these alone on my heavy days. But I can wear a regular maxi pad without wings and have no fear of leakage. Also as a back sleeper I almost always would have blood make it’s way past a pad at night. After day 2, I can wear these all day, if not just changing once midday. Even if you’re a heavy bleeder you can find ways to use these whether as backup or on light days. OR with heavy ovulation if it’s even called that, instead of a liner.I wash and dry them in the dryer no problems. After having them a little over 18 months I’m just starting to notice a couple little elastic pieces of band poke out. This is using 6 pairs both through a 6 day period and 3 or so days during ovulation. So to me this is a great value. In short- they’re worth a shot and you will either LOVE them or just be able to use them and get your moneys worth. Nothing to lose.

Recomendados ampliamente

Badly Designed, Leak, and Very Uncomfortable.
There is really nothing I like about these panties. the gusset is too narrow, the legs pinch when you sit down, they leak in the groin area even when it is just a small amount of fluid. I had tried out the blue ones so I could not send them back. Very disappointed. I am having to waste so much money trying to find suitable, comfortable protection. I hate the perfumed pads, why do they do that? The perfume is as bad as the odour it is supposed to disguise!Everything I have tried has leaked around the leg area and these, sadly, are exactly the same.

Fantastic product
I tried this underwear for the first time and it was an absolute wonder. The fit was snug and nice and had me feeling pretty comfortable. At first I could feel the thickness of the layers but shortly after putting them on it was almost like wearing a regular underwear. I used it as is with no additional pad or shield on and at first I was skeptical because it wasn't feeling heavy or anything but I was surprised when I took it off after about 8 hrs of wearing it and rinsed it, the amount of blood it had absorbed without feeling full or being smelly that's another plus but I mean every woman's flow is different this was just my experience and I would definitely recommend. It beats those uncomfortable disposable sanitary products any day I can't wait to buy more.

Many good points, not for everyone, sizing is a laugh
3,5 stars. These panties. Sigh. I bought 3xl first thinking that’d fit someone Size 18-20. Tight, and came up only halfway up my butt. Felt like size 16. Bought a 4xl and a 5xl next to see which worked best. 5xl arrived first, perfect fit at the back for a size 20. And you guessed it, 4xl were like size 18. Wish the sizing wasn’t so off.Next comfort. Very soft, nice, but these aren’t cotton fibres here. If you run hot under the hood, this will heat up after multiple hours of wearing.Function. Excellent. My highest praise. It draws limited amounts of liquid away from the body and it feels dry. Not suitable for a LOT of liquid though. But it’s ideal for small issues.
