REAL CHINESE FOOD AT HOME
Just what I neede to make an authentic tasting chinese style braised chicken with green vegies. Tasted just like I bought at our local Chinese restaurant. Yum! I also made a dish using prawns and black bean garlic sauce served with stirfry veg and this also was delicious. I am glad I bought 2 jars.

This is the original umami from a zillion years ago, before umami was the rage. This has the deepest, richest, and most amazing complex flavor! This is extremely strong, so just literally a teaspoon is needed to transform a stir fry, a sauce for veges or meat, into a creative masterpiece!
