I ordered these because you got a lot of lights for the price. I expected them to be weak and not last long but was very pleasantly surprised! I hung one on the door of my tent the first night. I forgot to turn it off during the day so it was on 24 hours a day for a week. When I packed up to go home, this light was still working! It doesn't put out a lot of light, but the door to my tent was easy to find in the dark and I didn't have any trouble finding my campsite in the dark because of the light on the front of the tent. I actually bought them to put on my dogs collars so I can find them in the back yard when it is dark out and they will work great for that too. I did find the clips a little hard to open and had to get a tool to hold the clip open while I put it on the tent. Of course the plus side of that is that they are not going to come off the dogs collars easily.

Update - I ended up replacing these with tue Morpilot brand (which are also brighter) because they all crapped out. Even after replacing the batteries, they would turn off after a short period of smacking around on my dogs harnesses when on a normal walk. I'd suggest trying a different brand if you're planning on actually using on dogs collars/harnesses.These are awesome little lights for the dog harnesses. We often walk out dogs at night so I wanted to get something that made them more visible in the dark and these are perfect. They have three settings: solid, fast strobe, and slow flash. All of the colors were great and bright except for the pink, which was a bit dimmer for some reason. I really only needed two for my dogs, so I like that I will have backup colors that I can change out. They also came with some extra batteries which is definitely a plus! I leave them on my harness becuase I know that my dogs will chew them off of each other's collars, so I can't say how hardy they are with constant wear, but so far they've been great on the harnesses.

I gave this 4 stars instead of five since of the two sets I ordered (one for my pups and one set for my mother in law's) one order's packaging came really smashed up. So much so, two of the five lights had been turned on and were nearly dead by the time they arrived. Despite that, the lights themselves all seem to work just fine. I simply prefer the items I buy online to match a condition I'd buy in store, and that one order had been crushed, ripped (a large tear in the plastic casing) and the lights had spilled out everywhere. These orders arrived in a large box of other purchases I'd made and everything else (including the other set of lights) were in excellent condition, so the destruction didn't happen during shipping.That said, I hope my issue was an anomaly because these lights are great. I've bought a $20 version at local pet stores and not only was that price for one single light but the only color option was white. The $20 light is brighter, almost blinding, and would distract and agitate my pups at times. These lights are still very bright and I have no problem spotting the puppers when they're out at night (even at far distances) but they come with the added bonuses of not bothering the dogs and being overall enjoyable to see. Plus, the seller included a whole package of batteries in each set, which was not only a nice surprise but also helped soothe the sting of having two lights come in need of them.So even though I feel like 4 stars is fair for my experience, I'd still recommend buying this set from this seller. If both orders had come in decent condition, this would've absolutely been a 5 star rating. These lights are perfect for my needs. I love them, the mother in law loves them, and most importantly our dogs love them. The price and quality (and batteries) combined makes this purchase well worth the packaging risk.

We recently moved about 5 blocks away from a state park and love to take walks with our kids and dog. However, it's usually a little dark by the time we get home and I was a little worried about making sure our four-year-old stayed visible. I tried glow sticks, but they die overnight and can leak so I wanted something better.These clips work great! She wears one on a lanyard in the front and I tied one to a ponytail so she can be seen from behind. She thinks they are really cool and loves wearing them! We have one on the dog as well which makes us even safer.

They are very durable. After all these months, I am still using the first one I tried. Still have not had to change the battery in it and use it quite often. Really helps me keep an eye on my young Maltese when I turn her loose in the yard at night. I gave one to my sister for her dog and she later told me she was really happy with it.

Great Product! They are a little hard to clip on but they stay put. I got five lights with 5 extra batteries so these should last a long time. I highly recommend them. My neighbors ask me where I got them because they are great for keeping an eye on my dogs in the dark. I making sure they don't wonder too far. My dog now sits and waits for me to turn it on and off. too cute.

Very cute colors but you hit it to make it glow and they won't shut off or they won't turn on...very cheap!!! I wouldn't buy this again.After writing this review the company contacted me to try and make it right. They replaced the order and I have had them for a week now and the ones I have used work well and the lights do turn on and off as they should. If they continue to work I would recommend them.

Great little item for walking the dog in the dark. I put one on the dogs harness and one on my coat zipper pull. The white one is the brightest. It will catch a drivers attention especially if you have the flasher on. the only downside is that some of the lights are hard to push on. They have a button that you squeeze the ball.
