Great garlic for any recipe
Bought this to replace my older model that was broken (I had it for 5 or 6 years). Love it. It grinds the garlick perfectly, even better than the older version and I recommend the new version of the Garlic Twist to anyone.

Easy tonuse
The best way to write a review for this device would be to create a video. Sorry that I'm not talented enough for that. Peel the garlic, put it in, and twist. Presto! You have perfectly minced garlic.

Well Worth the Upgrade
I bought my first garlic twist (GT) a half doz(en years ago when I got tossed onto the street (divorce sucks!) and had to put a kitchen together. One of the basic tools had to be a garlic press. But garlic presses are messy and inefficient. So I did some research and came across the first generation of this tool.The first generation is smaller and has smaller knurls. It's ok with garlic, but I found grinding fresh ginger a bit of a chore. I had purchased a third generation GT for my daughter-in-law in Israel. When I go there to stay with them, I do a fair amount of the cooking. I experienced how much better this GT is than my first generation GT.I guess the point isn't how great GT is, but what a marked improvement this version is over the earlier versions. If you don't own a GT, do yourself a huge favor - unless you're not into garlic or ginger. And if you own an earlier version, you could do worse than upgrade to this version. It does the same thing the older models do, only more easily.

Easy to clean
As described, does the jo. If you put to much in it though, it can be hard to twist the thing. Easy to clean. Would buy again, but a bit pricey!

I love it. It's out on the counter.
It makes quick work of garlic. Ginger must be cut into small chunks and then can be processed.
