I ordered a M thinking it might be close, but I was thinking it might be too small...turns out it was nearly too big haha (when I need a new one I'll order a S as they run big). When I adjusted the straps the full way it fit fine and through out my last 24hr endurance race I never had pain and my kidneys didn't feel like they went through 10 rounds with Tyson. Win...

Has the look & feel of a quality product; I would recommend this Rib Protector to others.

Great vest; allows for a lot of adjustment in the shoulders and in the mid-section. Does not feel uncomfortable when you wear it - conforms nicely to the sides of your body (if you wear the correct size)The only down-side I can think of is that after about 10 sessions in a Rotax or World Formula cart, you begin to see slight wear on the surface of the carbon-fiber. It is a matter of time (most likely 20-30 hours of seat-time) before this gets to the point of having to replace the whole vest. It would be great if this product was available with carbon-fiber inserts that you could simply change-out whenever the sides wear out.

Fractured my rib from a electric unicycle crash. In ten days I wanted to ride. Decided to try these rib protector. Very comfortable. Lightweight yet sturdy. Hope not to crash again in the same manor but I have no doubt this vest will lesson the impact if I do. A broken rib is no joke. Good buy. Price is fair.

Great rib protection. Comfortable and well built. I use this over a padded compression shirt and under a spine/chest protector. Great setup!
