Review: This worked on our 15 year old system and was very easy to install - We have an old Panasonic Phone System. The doorbell stopped working. This worked on our 15 year old system and was very easy to install. As before, the call button is not obvious. Will look for a contrasting decal to put on the square in the lower right hand corner.
Review: Only if needed - Works if you need one. If attached to a gate or not covered, outdoor winter weather takes a toll. With latest intercoms; i.e., Ring. These intercoms are now obsolete. But again, if you don't want to upgrade and this works for you, it's doable.

**Q: Is it Waterproof?**
A: It has been in the rain and still works but I don't know if it is actually waterproof. Seems very solid.

**Q: I have a kx-ta308 phone system, will these work with it?**
A: The door intercom should work providing your phone system has door intercom feature.

**Q: I want to know if this door intercom is compatible with a central telephone KX-TDE100**
A: we have the KX-T7453....don't know if it's compatible with yours.  Call Panasonic support.....I know, it takes forever to get to the right person!! Have you ever had the door intercom before for your system?  If so, it'd probably work.

**Q: I have one of these, but the volume is very low when I answer the phone. Would this fix that? How do you adjust the volume?**
A: Hi ! We had the same problem and it used to buzz after replacing it the buzz stopped , but it did not fix the volume issue
