After half a year of use, I found minimal flickering when connecting and only the occasional drop out to one or two outputs. It's been nearly a full year since I bought it and unfortunately, it's bugged out so soverly that it lost connection with not just the outputs but also my input which through out my presentation software and really disrupted the production I was running. I contacted the support team, explained my situation that I'd tried trouble shooting with new HDMI cables and found the same issue. They were really good and have sent me out a free new one which i'm really pleased with. To keep its longevity of it I'm going to use a smart plug with it so it only turns on when I need it.
