Great leak-proof, chilled lunchbox - goes everywhere with me!
Love this bento box - stays chilled, doesn't leak. I have been using the product for a months now; highly recommend. My child's school requires that the lunches be chilled throughout the day, so I bought this and it's been great. We take this with us everywhere, and often in the backpack with my nice camera - that's how much I trust that it won't leak. I can usually fit an extra sandwich on top of the bento in the carrying case, too, which is so nice that there is a bit of extra room between the box and case. Update: The ice pack it comes with started to leak, and the company was really generous with me about the problem. I now use a hard pack ice cooler in the insulation pouch and it seals really well. I would buy this bento box again.

Great but icepacks busted
First - we love these lunch boxes. They are perfect and fit plenty of food and we love the different compartments to keep wet and dry foods apart. We have bought 2 in the last ~6months. However, the icepack for BOTH lunchboxes have just split open. This is disappointing because the icepacks seem more 'custom-made' and I cannot seem to locate any customer service for the Chillbox to get a replacement. There is a 1yr guarantee too per their website but NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! Amazon - please help!

Not what I expected
Nice concept/design but it's too small and too heavy, so not going to use it for backpacking. Maybe it's useful for someone who is on a diet and works in an office?

Terrible quality
Terrible quality for a $35 lunch box. It arrived with a large mark on it and the seller refused to do anything about. Don't was your time and money.

Very high quality and never lose a part
I havr purchased many bento boxes from groupon and other website but tend to lose some parts. This one is very very good. Why? Iy is a big divided well container. It also has a great insulate inside the cover which works great. It also has a lid for small sauce or dressing which makes no need for separate container. Awesome! I will definately recommend this item to everyone.

Awesome Product. Keeps food fresh.
These things are amazing. They keep the food fresh. My kids have left sandwiches in them for 2 days and the bread is still soft. They are perfect for little kids and road trips. I would definitely recommend these to everybody.Update: one of my kids broke the ice pack and I contacted the company and they are sending us a whole new box! Great customer service. Highly recommend

Not leakproof between compartments
This is half the price of similar "leakproof" compartment lunchboxes but it isn't leakproof between compartments as advertised. I plan to use press and seal but that defeats the environmental benefit of a compartment lunchbox.
