They have not flickered at all. I have not trying them for video yet. Very impressed with this light. Great value

The 660 version does include barn doors.

Q: What kind of range would the lighting of this reach?

i had ask this question too, but nobody answered me. In low light, or no light, this will reach 15 to 20 feet. In day light, you wont notice that this light is on, but the natural dims to dusk, this light is bright. anything to 15 to 20 feet, you will be good. I dont usually use it further than that. But i can imagine, in the dark, it could reach 25 ft

Q: Do these come as a daylight only option?

Not that I'm aware. At roughly $110, it puts out ALOT of light. I bought 5 of them, and I can't use them over 50% power without over exposure. Amazing lights!
