Waffle Recipes: Wonderful Waffles and Syrups Cookbook Paperback – Large Print, April 30, 2013

What grandchild wouldn't like hot fresh waffles when spending the weekend with grandma? This book allowed me to make some new waffles easily that the kids love. Now some of them are old enough to read the book, pick out a new recipe along with the syrup and try them out -I love finding these in the Kindle store - some are good and some are not so good - this one was great - Thanks to the Katherine Hupp the author and Amazon for allowing us to expand our knowledge and pass it on!

This book has a large variety of delicious recipes without fruit, with fruit, and including chocolate. It also includes numerous syrup recipes! Making waffles from scratch can be intimidating for the beginner but this cookbook makes it simple and foolproof!After a slumber party I had the kids pick a recipe and they chose the Chocolate Brownie Waffles. Comments included: "Better than Kripsy Kreme for sure!" "We need to make some to take to school!" and "This tastes just like a brownie!" This recipe was a homerun! If you have a chocolate craving, I highly recommend it!

Must collect all the books of waffle recipes. I didn't have this one. Now I do.

Was hoping for more recipes but other than that is was good

Uh, pretty much every recipe calls for shortening. I didn't even think they still sold shortening? Everyone uses butter or oil these days. Not sure how many recipes I'll bother making.PS- If you read the other reviews, you'll notice no one actually tried making any of the waffles. They say things like, "great reading material" and "I bought it as a gift".

I purchased this for my daughter to accompany her new waffle makers. She has made several waffle recipes and they have all been delicious. The book also includes recipes for different syrups. The recipes are easy and easy to follow.

What a disappointment! I bought this 'book', and I use the term loosely, to accompany a waffle maker bought as a present. There are approximately 29 pages of recipes in the largest font I've ever seen outside of a library housing large print books for the visually impaired. Cheap cover and definitely not worth the money.

tiny book with bad text layout. Difficult to separate recipes from each other. Also WHY the hack all recipes contained almost half of kilogram of fat! Is is way of life for author? use Internet better and you get way more recipes and way more healthier options. This book sucks.

This shouldn’t be classed as a book as it’s more a leaflet of some recipes that all look similar and no pictures. It’s flimsy and rubbish for the money! Looks like something you get free when ordering a waffle maker. Very disappointed!

I purchased this book along with a waffle maker as a Christmas gift. I was slightly disappointed how thin the book was but it had lots of waffle recipes. It was not worth the money I paid for it as I was expecting a decent recipe book.

The recipes are alright, but with no pictures at all, it's not the most enticing cookery book I've ever had and as the instructions for each recipe are essentially the same, it really isn't a book that will have your mouth watering with the anticipation of trying the recipes. The price is fair though.
