Very impressive light but it doesn't retain the last setting after a power cycle. I returned them.
Very impressive light but it doesn't retain the last setting after a power cycle. You have to use the remote every time as when first powered it goes into an all color demo mode. This would add a daily chore to manually power each of the four lights I purchased with the IR remote and set mode on each one. I wanted to keep but I would have had to make some kind of IR extender with a programmable learning remote to automate dusk dawn. For this reason I returned them. I have purchased $2.85 led light drivers that retained last state not sure why they think its not needed for an outdoor light. Guess that's what makes American design so much better than China.Anyone know of a version that retains last state on a power cycle?

The cord is only about 6" long. Way too short to reach a junction box. You have to rewire before it can be installed to meet electrical codes. The remote has to be very close to the light to work. If installed very high you need a ladder to program the light. Does not retain it's memory. When you set the light and turn the power off and on it always goes back to a fade pattern changing colors. No instructions.

Sounded like the parts inside were loose
I purchased 4. I was impressed with lower prices. But all 4 were damaged when arrived.Sounded like the parts inside were loose. They rattle as I move the lights. I am planning to return them.

work fine , but you have to set color you want every day. So, color you set not stay if you turn light off. When you turn it back on you have to set color you want every time.

junk, not one light worked as it should....do not buy these lights.

If you want to waste your money, buy this light.1 - It is not bright enough. I would say that it is 30 w at most.2 - Remote control didn't work even after replacement.Again, don't waste your money. Maybe LTE floodlight will work better.
