It came less than 24 hours ago, I set it up and have had it going non stop but I cannot seem to get more than 22 ppm after following instructions. OTOH, I did get a deep golden colloid. I put 3 new batteries in. I am cleaning the Ag electrodes every 30 min. They keep getting gunked up with Silver Oxide which is black. I filtered it once to remove the black stuff and it was all over the jar. I changed jars and scrubbed the black one which did not get clean easily. The colloid itself is golden. I am sure it will work. The booklet that says it will go up to 40 ppm, that does not seem to be the case. I did also heat it, but slowly and I did not overheat. I do not want to add salt because salt will fake out the meter and I want to be able to label it accurately so using distilled water and 99.99 Ag, the only ions should be Ag particles.The good thing is the design is far superior to those other designs where the wires are falling into the solution shorting the whole thing out. This is designed to last. You have to supply 3 9v batteries not included. You have to put them into the plastic box then screw the back of the box on with a specialty screwdriver (computer tool) not included. You have to make sure that back is on there tight but no so tight that you won't be able to replace the batteries. Sealing it further with electric tape is not a bad idea, just over the seam. It does get wet but the water does not get into the wires.You also need distilled water (using tap water as it says is a bad idea, because the tap water is full of all sorts of impurities and you're getting 99.99 pure Ag why foul it up?) and a very clean glass vessel like a large Mason jar.You need to keep monitoring it. If you leave it for more than 30 min you will get silver oxide (black flakes) not silver colloid. You can filter the oxide out with an unbleached coffee filter but then you need two clean Mason jars. It comes with a glass thermometer (like that used for brewing beer) but a stainless steel candy thermometer works better because you can clip it onto the Mason jar.If you have never used silver colloids before, you don't need to do what I am doing, 20 ppm is fine for most purposes. The manufactuer advises 15 ppm per 75# of body weight. I am guessing this is to avoid argyeria. If colloid turns golden you're doing it right. I have not seen this golden color before in my own alchemy although I've been making it for years, and I am guessing the quality of the silver and the purity of everything else makes it golden, which is how it is "supposed" to be according to literature (including YouTubes from other alchemists).Both silver and gold colloids have been used since the beginning of time. They are relatively inexpensive, easy to store (in dark bottle not in fridge), keep for a long time and are very effective without side effects (argyeria is rare).In any case, I am not blue yet, and better blue than sick. If you are concerned about turning blue, you can buy 24 K gold wire and use that instead of the silver provided, but 1. gold is overpriced, 2. the silver is purer for less money. Gold is great if it is 100% pure. The minute you put impurities into medicine, you defeat the purpose of the medicine to some degree. It's sort of like growing marijuana with a bunch of chemicals or growing GMO marijuana. It might LOOK great but I would not want to consume it.

This little machine rocks!! We have made 2 1/2 gallons of Colloidal silver. With all of this flu bug C....-19 scare,we thought we had better get this and start making silver. We have been steaming our selves if we come into contact with any sick people with colds or flues or . . . whatever! Silver kills virus's on contact. To steam may have one possible drawback.
